THENCE N 250 45' W 453.0 to a point;
THENCE N 650 30' E 398.7 feet to a point in the West Right -of -Way line of Loop 11 (Beverly Drive);
THENCE along the West Right -of -Way of Loop 11, S 250 45' E 64.1 feet to a point;
THENCE along said Right -of -Way, S 18° 38' E 201.8 feet to a point;
THENCE S 140 20' W 185.0 feet along said Right -of -Way to a point, said point being in the North
Right -of -Way of U.S. Highway No. 277;
THENCE S 55° 40' W 148.3 feet along the North Right -of -Way of U.S. Highway No. 277 to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 3.537 Acres of Land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or throuTih
a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration
therein expressed.
