Mayer Survey, A-193; Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by me tee and bounds as fell
Beginning at a 112" iron roa lying in the South right-of-way line of Kovarik Road for the North line of said Block,
40, said iron rod bears South 89 44' 38" East 494.70 feet from the Northwest corner of said Block 40, said iron rod
being the Northwest corner.and Place of Beginning of this description;
Thence South 890 44' 311" East 621.91 feat along said South right-of-way line and said North line of Block 40 to a
point in the centerline of a 70 foot wide irrigation ditch for the Northeast corner of this ,tract;
Thence along said centerlins of a 70 foot wide irrigation ditch with its meanders as follows:
