tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 'z" Lron rod being the point of intersection of the north right-
of-way line of Seymour Highway, and the west right-of-way line of Parkhill Lane,
said -I" iron rod bears North 000 10' West 21.82 feet from the southeast corner of

place of beginning of this description;
