WHEREAS Mary and Moises Melo are the owners of a 3.26 acre tract of land out of
Block 2, Mesa Irrigated Farms Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at on iron rod found in the West line of Parkhill Road at the Southeast corner of
a tract of land conveyed to Mobile Phone of Texas by deed recorded in Volume 1395, Page
579, Wichita County Deed Records, said rod bears N 00'10' W 386.28 feet from the Southeast
corner of Block 2, Mesa Irrigated Farms Subdivision as shown on plat recorded at Volume 5,
Page 33, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 00'10' E with the West line of Parkhill Road, a distance of 187.23 feet to an iron
rod set at the Northeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Charles A. and Brenda J.
Curtin Smith by deed recorded in Volume 2732, Page 210, Official Public Records of Wichita
County, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 66'43' W with the North line of said Smith tract, at 181.8 feet pass an abandoned
fence corner 0.5 foot left, and continuing on some course, at 257.6 feet cross an abandoned
fence line, and continuing on some course, at 259.7 feet pass on abandoned fence corner
1.5 feet left, and continuing on some course, at 737.1 feet cross a fence line, and continuing
on same course, in all a distance of 753.09 feet to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner
of said Smith tract, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 45'12' W, at 159.8 feet cross a fence line, and continuing on same course, in all a
distance of 185.60 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 66'43' E, at 46.82 feet pass an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of the
aforementioned Mobile Phone of Texas tract, and continuing on some course, in all a distance
of 895.90 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.26 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrant that
they have lawful authority to make such dedications.
