and 33, Mesa Irrigated Farms Subdivision of a portion of the J.A. Kemp Subdivision of the
William Mayer Survey A-193, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the West right-of-way line of Parkhill Road, at the
Southeast corner of 4,85 acres conveyed to Creech D. Richardson and wife Linda G.
Richardson, and recorded at Volume 1637, Page 54, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE along the South line of 4.85 acres, N 870 39' W 1167.36 feet to an iron rod found
in the center of a creek;
THENCE with the meanders of said creek as follows: S 49' 24' W 377.9 feet, S 28' 18' W
32.68 feet to an iron rod set in the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 55' 42" E 1469.08 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast corner of this
tract in the West right-of-way line of Parkhill Road;
THENCE N 00" 04' 18" W 225.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 7.688
acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicated to the use of the public
forever, pll streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
theregn shown for thq purposes and consideration therein expressed.
