recorded in Volume 2084. Page 728, Offical Public Records of Wichita County, for the most
Easterly Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE with the North, West and South lines of said 5.0 acre tract; S 89'58'29' W a distance
of 1013.02 feet to an iron rod set for an ell comer, S 00'04'20" E a distance of 215.00 feet
to an iron rod set for an ell comer, and N 8958'29" E a distance of 332.50 feet to an iron
found at the Northwest comer of a tract conveyed to Mobile Phone of Texas, by deed recorded
In Volume 1395, Page 579, Wichito County Deed Records, for an ell comer of this tract;
THENCE S 06'40'20" W with the West line of said Mobile Phone tract, a distance of 494.08 feet
to an iron rod set for the most Southerly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89'55'40" W a distance of 532.41 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest comer
of this tract;
THENCE N 00'04'50" W a distance of 1128.65 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of
oformentioned Lot 3, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89'44'50" E with the South line of said Lot 3, a distance of 1270.97 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 20.0 acres of land.
