WHEREAS, Keith Rusk is the owner of a tract of land out of Block 19, Mesa Irrigated Farms
Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows.
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of a 4,405 acre tract conveyed from G. D.
Henderson Estate to the State of Texas by deed recorded at Volume 1085, Page 520, Wichita
County Deed Records, said corner being in the East line of Block 19, Mesa Irrigated Farms
Subdivision, and the North line of Kell Freeway right-of-way in a curve to the left whose center
bears S 150 48' 09" E 5954.58 feet,
THENCE Southwesterly with said curve for a distance of 718.31 feet to a bronze monument set
in concrete (long chord of this curve segment is S 70° 44' 30" W 717.88 feet);
THENCE N 440 24' W a distance of 105.2 feet to a bronze monument set in concrete in the East
line of F. M. Highway No. 369,
THENCE with the East line of F. M Highway right-of-way N 00' 45' E 96' .42 feet to an iron rod
set in the East line of Block 19, Mesa Irrigated Farms Subdivision:
THENCE with the East line of Block 19. S 42' 43' 45" E a distance of 1088.7 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 8.933 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places theregn shown or the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
