Wichita County, Texas and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found at the point where the South line of Block 50, Mesa I rri gated
Farms crosses the East line of Arena Road (F.M. Highway 369), a 1/2 inch iron rod found at a 4 inch
pipe fence corner post at the Southeast corner of Block 50 as currently occupied bears N 83° 50' E
923.21 feet from this point;
THENCE N 000 12' E 93.7 feet along the East line of Arena Road to a 1/2 inch iron rod found at the
Southwest corner of a tract owned by Thomas Urban, Volume 1727, Page 543;
THENCE N 820 42' E 242.3 feet along the South side of a gravel driveway to a 4 inch pipe fence post at
the South ene of a gate for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 030 09' E 98.0 feet along a fence on the West line of the Urban tract to a 4 inch pipe fence
corner post for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 83° 50' W 247.50 feet along the North line of a tract owned by H.D. Caldwell, Volume 1278,
Page 792 to the Placeof Beginning and containing 0.54 Acreof land. The bearings in these Field Notes
are NAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water, water courses, drains, easements and public places shown thereon for
the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
