the William Mayor Survey, an addition to Wichita County, Texas, and
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;

Beginning at a point in the East right-of-way line of F.M.
Highway No. 369 for the occupied Northwest corner of said Block 51
and the Northwest corner of the herein described tract;
Thence North Bad 40' East 219.14 feet along the occupied North
I ine of said Block 51 to a point for the Northeast corner of the
herein described tract;
Thence South 100.00 feet, 217.80 feet East and parallel to the
East right-of-way line of said F.M. Highway No. 369, to a point for
the Southeast corner of the herein described tract;
Thence South 830 NO' West 219.14 feet to a point in the East
right-of-way line of F.M. Highway No. 369 and the West boundary
line of said Block 51 for the Southwest corner of the herein des-
cribed tract;
Thence North 100.00 feet along the East right-of-way line of
F.N. Highway Mo. 369 and the West boundary line of said Block 51
to the place of beginning and containing 0.50 of an acre, more or
less.
