A tract of land known as Lots 1-4, Block 1 and Lots 1-3• Block 2, Edgecliff Estates,
an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, said tract being further identified as being
out of the J. A. Scott survey, No. B and out of Block 1, Kemp a Newby Subdivision of the
Cherokee County School Lands located in Wichita County, Texas and being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South right-of-way line of Southwest Parkway ( F . M. 3691
for the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Edgecliff Estates, said point bears West
700.2 feet and North 000 20' West 21.2 feet from the Southeast corner of the above men-
tioned J. A. Scott Survey, No. B, for the Northeast corner of this tract and place of
beginning of this description;
Thence along the East line of said Edgecliff Estates, South 000 20' East 151.98 feet
to a point for the Northeast corner of Lots 6 and 7, of the above mentioned Block 2; for
the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence Isaving the East line of said Edgecliff Estates, North SIG 04' West 519.97 feet
to a point in the North line of Lot 7, of the above mentioned Block 1;
Thence North 690 19' West 117.91 feet to a point in the North line of the above
mentioned Kemp 6 Newby Subdivision, Block 1 also being the South line of the above men-
