right-of-way line of Eastridge Drive for the Southeast corner of said Lot 29 and the herein described tract;
Thence South 890 NO' West 172.61 feet along said North line of Edgecliff Drive to the Southeast corner of
Lot 27, of said Block 6 for the Southwest corner of said Lot 28 and the herein described tract;
Thence North 000 20' West 128.97 feet along the East line of said Lot 27 to a point in the South line
of Lot 3 of said Block 6 for the Northeast corner of said Lot 27 and the Northwest corner of said Lot
