BEGINNING at a point South 1320.0 feet and East 1897.0 feet of the Northwest corner of said
Survey, said point also being the Northeast corner of Somerset Park Addition as recorded in Volume
9, Page 18, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE South with the East line of Somerset Park Addition and parallel with the blest line
of said Survey, 209.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East parallel with the North line of said Survey, 227.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North 209.0 feet to a point;
THENCE West 227.0 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 1.09 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
