R. R. Survey, A-161, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows;
BEGINNING at a fence corner in the North Right -of -Way line of a county road, said corner
also beino the Southeast corner of a 3.0 acre tract conveyed to W. G. Deason as recorded in
Volume 816, Page 368, Wichita County Deed Records, said corner also bears S 89°56' E - 4146.9
feet and N 00°04' E 20.0 feet from the Southwest corner of Section 39, 11. & G. N. R. R. Survey,
A-161;
THENCE N 00004' E along the East fenced line of said 3.0 acre tract 542.2 feet to the
Northeast corner of said 3.0 acre tract;
THENCE S 89056' E - 240.0 feet to a point in the West line of Expressway Village Subdivision
as recorded in Volume 14, Page 39, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 00°04' W with West line of said Subdivision 542.2 feet to a point in the North
Right -of -Way line of a county road;
THENCE N 89056' W along North Right -of -Way line of county road 240.0 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 2.99 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or throuqh a duly authorized aqent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
