BEGINNING at an iron rod in the North ROW of the Old Iowa Park Road which bears N 79°20' W 11.6
feet from the Southwest corner of Block 1, John Hensley Subdivision said point being in the occupied
West line of Block 8, Priddy Subdivision;
THENCE N 79D20' W with said North ROW 150.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 00042' E 400.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 79020' E 150.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 00°42' W with the occupied West line of said Block 8, Priddy Subdivision, 400.0 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 1.36 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
