Street, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89°30' E along South Right -of -Way line of Enterprise Street 151.9 feet to the Intersection
of the South Right -of -Way line of Enterprise Street with the West Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access
Road, the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 07*49' W with the West Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access Road 172.8 feet to the most
Easterly Northeast corner of said Lot 2A, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 81°53' W with the Southerly North line of Lot 2A, 150.0 feet to an ell corner of said Lot 2A,
the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 07°43' E with the Westerly East line of said Lot 2A, 150.0 feet to the Place of Beginning
and containing 0.556 acre of land.
