BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Airline Park Addition as shown on plat recorded at Volume 23,
Page 32, Wichita County Plat Records, said beginning point being in the East Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access Road;
THENCE Northerly with curve to the right having a radius of 5579.6 feet for a distance of 538.6 feet to Highway monument at
end of curve;
THENCE continuing with East Right -of -Way of Sheppard Access Road, N 01' n8' E, 228.2 feet to iron rod in Southwest line of
MKT Railroad Right -of -Way;
THENCE with said Railroad Right -of -Way line, S 43' 38' E, 963.7 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius
of 2815 feet;
THENCE Southeasterly with said curve for a distance of 349.1 feet to iron rod at Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 620 41, W, 700.7 feet to Northwest corner of Lot 2, Airline Park Addition;
THENCE S 000 19' E, 122.0 feet to Northeast corner of Lot 1;
THENCE S 890 41, W, 257.7 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 6.69 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly
authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements
and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
