THENCE Northerly along the East Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access Road following a curve to the
right having a radius of 5579.6 feet for a distance of 363.7 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 89041' E, 257.7 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 00°19' E, 122.0 feet to an iron rod set ten feet North of the centerline of a 75 foot wide
Texas Electric Service Company Easement;
THENCE parallel with the centerline of Texas Electric Service Company Easement, S 62°41' E, 225.75
feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 00°19' E, 379.0 feet to an iron rod in the North Right -of -Way line of Airport Drive;
THENCE S 89°41' W along said North Right -of -Way line, 420.0 feet to place of beginning and containing
3.98 acres of land.
