A tract of land out of Block 14, Denton County School Land, League 1, Wichita County, Texas,
and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in a 60 15' degree curve to the right, being a point in the South right —
of —way line of Call Field Road, deeded in Volume 1208, Page 866, Wichita County Deed Rocords, said
point bears West 627.6 feet and South 458.7 feet from the Northeast corner of the above mentioned
Block 14 to the Northwest corner of this tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the above mentioned 60 15' degree curve to the right in the existing South right—
of—way line of Call Field Road, with a radius of 924.9 feet, a distance of 151.4 feet;
Thence continuing along said South right—of—way line of Call Field Road, South 710 03' East
185.4 feet;
Thence continuing along said South line South 720 12' East 100.0 feet to a point for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 000 00' West 326.5 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 870 18' West 95.2 feet;
Thence South 870 31' West 329.2 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
