THENCE S 50052' E 518.95 feet to a point;
THENCE N 54047' E 74.7 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Melody Ranch Estates, the Northeast of this
tract;
THENCE S 00047' W, along fence on the West line of Melody Ranch Estates, 508.4 feet to a fence corner,
the Southwest corner of Melody Ranch Estates;
THENCE N 88038' W 3.35 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE S 00054' W, along fence, 186.6 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 22.27 acres of land.
