WHEREAS, Gore & Roberts Crane Service is the owner of a tract of land out of M. Carbajal
Survey, A-44, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, McMurray Subdivision, as
recorded at Volume 22, Page 361, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with West Right -of -Way line of Old Burk Highway; S 24007' E - 400.0 feet to iron rod
at the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 65050' W, at 389.5 feet cross center of 75 foot wide Texas Electric Service Company
Easement, and continuing on same course in all 844.6 feet to an iron rod in the West line of M.
Carbajal Survey A-44, said rod being near the center of the Old Burkburnett Road;
THENCE N 00017' E, with West line of Carbajal Survey, at 84.8 feet pass the Northeast corner
of Lot B, Sabre Addition, as recorded at Volume 15, Page 25, of Wichita County Plat Records, at
430.8 feet cross center of Texas Electric Easement, in all 439.3 feet to an iron rod in the Old
Burkburnett Road for Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 650501 E, at 164.5 feet pass the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, McMurray Subdi-
vision, and continuing on same course in all 663.1 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing
6.921 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys parks, water courses, drains easements and public places thereon shown
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed. In addition, the owner dedicates a drainage
easement 60 feet wide, being 30 feet on each side of the centerline of the water course crossing
such property, as now existing or as hereafter rechannelized.
