BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to
Eddie Harvey as recorded in Volume 2254, Page 494, Official Public Records of Wichita
County, said rod also being on the Southeast right—of—way line of State Highway 79;
THENCE with the South line of said Harvey tract, S 66. 32' 17" E a distance of 250.25 feet
to an iron rod found at the Southeast line of said Harvey tract;
THENCE S 23. 27' 43" W a distance of 134.59 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 62. 35' 00" W a distance of 301.25 feet to an iron rod set on the Southeast line
of State Highway 79 for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 47. 17' 51" E with the Southeast line of State Highway 79. a distance of 124.42
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.791 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name Is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
