WHEREAS R. J. Wachsman Building Corp., is the owner of Lots 8 & 9, Block 2, Rolling
Hills Estates, Section Two, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a found iron rod in the West right—of—way line of Legacy Drive, also being the
Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Rolling Hills Estates, Section Two as shown on plat
recorded in Volume 27, Pages 973-974, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod also being the
Northeast corner of said Lot 8;
THENCE along the West right—of—way line of Legacy Drive in a Southeasterly direction along a
curve to the left having a radius of 1419.42 feet and a central angle of 04'57'20" for an
arc distance of 122.77 feet (chord=S 06'05'20" E-122.73') to an iron rod set for a point of
compound curvature;
THENCE along the West right—of—way line of Legacy Drive along a curve to the right having a
radius of 1319.42 feet and a central angle of 00'34'17" for an arc distance of 13.16 feet
(chord=S 08'17'57" E-13.16') to an iron rod set for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89'55'00" W along the South line of said Lot 9 a distance of 138.50 feet to a PK
nail set at its Southwest corner for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 03'17'35" W a distance of 70.11 feet to an iron rod set in the East line of said
Lot 9 for an angle point of this tract;
THENCE N 00'05'00" W with the West line of said Lots 9 and 8, at 3.00 feet pass an iron
rod set at the Northwest corner of Lot 9 and the Southwest corner of Lot 8, and continuing
on some course, in all a distance of 65.01 feet to a an iron rod found at the Northwest
corner of said Lot 8 for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89'52'35" E along the North line of said Lot 8, a distance of 127.70 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.412 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
