THENCE S 85' 43' W along the South line of said Lot 38, at 61.26 feet pass its Southwest
corner, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 63.84 feet to a set iron rod at the
Southwest corner or this tract;
THENCE N 00' 05' W parallel to and 2.58 feet from the West line of sold Lot 38 for a distance
of 135.27 feet to a set iron rod in the South right-of-way line of Starwood Avenue for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89'55' E along said South right-of-way line of Starwood Avenue for a distance of
106.00 feet to the beginning point of a curve to the left in the North line of said Lot 37A,
having a radius of 1025.00 feet and a central angle of 01'06'08
THENCE continuing with the South right-of-way line of Starwood Avenue and along said curve
for an arc distance of 19.72 feet (L.C.= N 89'32' E-19.72') to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.377 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
