THENCE S 89'54' W with the South line of said Lot 25 a distance of 125.10 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.402 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
