rod for the Southeast corner of Lot 21 and also being the Southeast corner of this tract, said
rod being in a curve in the North right—of—way line of Starwood Avenue;
THENCE along the said North right—of—woy line of Starwood Avenue in a Southwesterly direction
along a curve to the left having a radius of 425.00 feet and a central angle of 11' 07' 00", for
an arc distance of 82.46 to on iron rod set at a point of reverse curvature;
THENCE along the said North right—of—way line of Starwood Avenue in a Southwesterly direction
along a curve to the right having a radius of 975.00 feet and a central angle of 03,18' 34" for
an arc distance of 56.32 feet to a found iron rod for the Southwest corner of Lot 228 and the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00'05' 02" W along the West line of Lot 228 a distance of 157.27 feet to a set iron
rod for the Northwest corner of Lot 22B and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89'54' 58" E along the North line of Lots 22B and 21 for a distance of 137.00 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.456 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
