Block 6, a distance of 312.41 feet to a found iron rod at the Southwest corner of said Lot

the left;
in a Northeasterly direction along a curve with a radius of 1025.0 feet, a central angle of
12' 34' 56", for an arc distance of 225.09 feet to a found iron rod at a point of reverse
curvature, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said rod bears N 77' 20' 10" E;
in a Northeasterly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 375.0 feet, a
central angle of 07' 18' 12", for an arc distance of 47.80 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.924 acre of land.
