North right-of-way line of Starwood Avenue, a dedicated street, the bearing of the tangent to
the curve at said rod bears N 78' 15' 38" W;
THENCE along the said North right-of-way of Starwood Avenue as follows:
in a Northwesterly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 375.0 feet, a central
angle of 08'21' 26", for an arc distance of 54.70 feet to an iron rod set at a point of reverse
curvature, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said rod bears N 69' 54' 10' W;
in a Westerly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 425.0 feet, a central angle
of 12' 10' 50", for an arc distance of 90.35 feet to a found Iron rod in said curve for the
Southwest corner of the above said Lot 19 for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 05' 02" W along the West line of said Lot 19, a distance of 140.53 feet to on
"X' in concrete set at the Northwest corner of said Lot 19 for the Northwest corner of this
tract,
THENCE N 89' 54' 58" E along the North lines of said Lots 19 and 18, a distance of 140.00
feet to a found iron rod at the Northeast corner of said Lot 18 for the Northeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 00' 05' 02' E along the East line of said Lot 18, a distance of 177.55 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.507 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
