an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 23;
THENCE N 89' 54' 58• E with the North line of Lots 23 and 22, a distance of 147.50 feet
to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lot 22;
THENCE S 00' 05' 02' E with the East line of Lot 22, a distance of 144.15 feet to on iron
rod found in the North line of Starwood Avenue, being a curve to the left having a radius
of 425.00 feet and a central angle of 01' 36' 49';
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the left on arc distance of 11.97
feet to on iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of
975.00 feet and a central angle of 08' 04' 34' (chord bearing of this segment is
S 78' 08' 43• W-11.96 feet);
THENCE in a Westerly direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 137.43 feet
(chord bearing of this segment S 81' 22' 22• W-137.32 feet) to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.533 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
