Records, said nail being in the South line of Langford Lane, said nail also being the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 05' 36" W, with the East line of said Lot 33, and the East line of Lot 32,
Block 2, Rolling Hills Estates, Section Three, a distance of 193.55 feet to an iron rod found
at the Southeast corner of said Lot 32 for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 53' 35" W. with the South line of said Lot 32. a distance of 107.45 feet to an
iron rod found at the Southwest comer of said Lot 32 and in a curve to the left having a
radius of 50.00 feet, said rod being on the East line of Silver Crest Drive and being the
most Southerly Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE Northwesterly with said curve to the left an arc distance of 92.72 feet (Chord =
N 33' 10' 27" W — 80.00 feet) to an iron rod found at the Southwest comer of said Lot 33
for the most Northerly Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 03' 46' 59" E, with the West line of said Lot 33, a distance of 125.27 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northwest comer of said Lot 33, said rod being in the South line of
Langford Lane and being the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 48' 36" E, with the North line of said Lot 33 and the South line of Longford
Lane, a distance of 143.26 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.598 ACRE of
land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
