WHEREAS R. J. Wachsman Building Corp., is the Owner of Lots 4 and 5. Block 10, Rolling Hills
Estates, Section Three, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 10, Rolling Hills
Estates, Section Three, as shown on a plat recorded in Volume 27, Pages 1479-1480, sold
rod being in the West right-of-way line of Silver Crest Drive, a dedicated street, and being
the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 03' 17' 34" E with the West line of Silver Crest Drive, at 67.49 feet pass an iron
rod set, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 134.97 feet to an iron rod
found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 5, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 86' 41' 37" W along the North line of Lot 6, Block 10, Rolling Hills Estates, Section
Three, a distance of 130.09 feet to an iron rod found at its Northwest comer, for the
Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 03' 13' 10" W along the West line of said Lot 5 a distance of 67.49 feet to an
iron rod set at its Northwest comer, for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 03' 23' 23' W along the West line of said Lot 4 a distance of 67.50 feet to an
iron rod found at its Northwest comer, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 86. 42' 19" E along the South line of said Lot 3 a distance of 130.11 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.40 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
