BEGINNING at an iron rod in the North line of Block 11, Cherokee County School
Land, said rod being 71.5 feet N 89*55' E from its Northwest corner; said point
being in East line of tract owned by Texas Electric Service Company, for the North-
west corner of this tract.
THENCE along the North line of said Block 11, N 89055' E 417.8 feet to an iron
rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 417.8 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West 416.7 feet to an iron rod in East line of Texas Electric Service
Company tract for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00°09' W) along East line of Texas Electric Service Company tract,
417.2 feet to the place of beginning and containing 4.0 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
