feet to an iron rod, said rod being the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, Mini -Venture Subdivision and the

Page 308, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with the East line of said Lot 1, Mini -Venture Subdivision, and West line of said Lot 1, Mcbride
Brothers South Addition, S 00' 05' 00" W a distance of 270.00 feet to an iron rod found at the South-
east corner of said Lot 1, Mini -Venture Subdivision, and the Southwest corner of said Lot 1, McBride

THENCE with the south line of Said Lot 1, McBride Brothers South Addition, S 89' 26' 00" E a distance
of 47.40 feet to an iron rod found for an ell corner of this tract, said iron rod being an ell corner of

THENCE S 00' 02' 30" W with the west line of said Lot 3 a distance of 355.23 feet to an iron rod
found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, also being the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 86' 26' 00" W - 25.5 feet to an iron rod found at the most Southerly Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 23' 18' W - 242.00 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Block 1, Lake
Wichita Addition, for a corner of this tract;
THENCE N 86' 14' W with the North line of said Block 1, a distance of 161.7 feet to an iron rod found
at its Northwest corner, said iron rod being in the East right-of-way line of Fairway Boulevard, for the
most Westerly Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 06' 00" E with East right-of-way line of Fairway Boulevard a distance of 242.04 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.12 acres of land.
