corner for an ell corner of this tract;

THENCE N 86' 14' W with the North line of said Block 1, a distance of 161.7 feet to an iron rod found at its
Northwest corner, said iron rod being in the East right-of-way line of Fairway Boulevard, for the most Westerly
Southwest corner of this tract,
THENCE N 00" 06' E with East right-of-way line of Fairway Boulevard a distance of 242.04 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 1.655 acres of land.
