found at the most Northerly Northeast comer of this tract;

THENCE S 89° 22' E along the South line of Lot 1, a distance of 81.0 feet to an iron rod found at the

THENCE S 00° 04' W along the East line of Lot 2, a distance of 491.2 feet to a 1" pipe found at the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 86° 17' W with the South line of Lot 2, a distance of 199.8 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southwest comer of Lot 2
THENCE N 86° 26' W a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest comer of this tract,
THENCE N 00° 02' 30" E with the East line of Lot 4, Satellite Subdivision, a distance of 355.23 feet to an
iron rod found in the South line of McBride Brothers South Addition;
THENCE S 890 26' E along the South line of said McBride Brothers South Addition a distance of 100.0 feet
to an iron rod found,
THENCE N 00° 04' E with the East line of said McBride Brothers South Addition a distance of 270.0 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.45 acres of land.
