BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Mini -Venture Subdivision as recorded in
Volume 3, Page 159 B of the Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 00' 02' W with the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod for
the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 54' W 160.17 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Fairway Boulevard for the South-
west corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00° 06' E with the East line of Fairway Boulevard 66.50 feet to an iron rod for an angle
point;
THENCE N 450 22' E 119.65 feet to an iron rod in the South line of Southwest Parkway for an angle
point;
THENCE S 89' 22' E with the South line of Southwest Parkway 75.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.47 acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for he purpose
and consideration therein expressed.
