THFNCE N 89022' W 75.0 feet to a point the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00002' E 270.0 feet to a point in the South Right -of -Way of Southwest Parkway the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89022' E alono the said Right -of -Way 75.0 feet to the Place of Beginnino and
containing 0.464 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
