WHEREAS, Wichita Land Company is the Owner of a tract of land out of Blocks 34 and 36, Lakeview Farms
Subdivision of Block 29, Denton County School Land, League 1, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 10.4 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Steed and Gardner Addition
to Wichita Falls as recorded in Volume 22, Page 378 and 379 of the Wichita County Plat Records.
THENCE S 00°05' W with the East line of said Lot 1, 666.5 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Tower Drive;
THENCE S 89°53' W with the North line of Tower Drive 410.0 feet to a point in the East line of Barnett Road;
THENCE S 00005' W 50.0 feet to a point in the South line of Tower Drive;
THENCE N 89°53' E 1222.5 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 00026' E 489.12 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 74031' W 845.8 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 11.73 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
