FIELD NOTES
A tract of land out of the M. Carbajal Survey A-44, Wichita County, Texas and being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of F. M. 890 (Airport
Drivel and the West right-of-way line of the Burkburnett Road (Loop 165), Said point bears
South 220 10' 58" East 1439.06 feet from the Northwest corner of the above mentioned M. Carbajal
Survey, A-44, for the Northeast corner and place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence South 240 10' East 189,39 feet along the said west right-of-way line of Burkburnett
Road (Loop 165) to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 650 50' West 498.6 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 340 55' West 242.95 feet to a point in the aforementioned South right-of-way
line of F. M. 890 (Airport Drive) for the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said South right-of-way line of F. M. 890 (Airport Drive) as follows: Along
a 2.91 degree curve to the left, having a radius of 1970.00 feet, a distance of 447.92 feet to
a point of tangency; thence North 650 50' East 99.65 feet to the place of beginning and containing
2.40 acres, more or less,
