distance of 93.84 feet to an iron rod
found for the Northeast corner of this tract;

70.00 feet to an iron rod set for on angle corner of this tract;

8.33 feet to an iron rod set for an angle corner of this tract;

THENCE N 26' 32' 18" W with the East line of said Lot 4, Block 4, a distance of 125.68 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.25 acre of land.
