Plat Records, sold iron rod is in the South line of a tract conveyed to W. Lynn Landrum &
Ed Covington by deed recorded in Volume 2661, Page 20, Official Public Records of Wichita
County, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 58' D6" E with the South line of said Landrum & Covington tract, a distance
of 360.64 feet to an iron rod set for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 09' 17' 58" E a distance of 145.44 feet to an iron rod set for an angle comer of
this tract;
THENCE S 16' 08' 08" E a distance of 50.00 feet to on iron rod set for an ell comer of this
tract, said iron rod also being in a curve to the left having a radius of 550.00 feet;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along said curve (chord-S73'33'08"W-6.00 feet) an arc
distance of 6.00 feet to an iron rod set for an ell comer of this tract;
THENCE S 09' 17' 58" E a distance of 179.71 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 63' 12' 00" W a distance of 67.23 feet to an iron rod set for an angle comer of
this tract;
THENCE S 56' 35' 47" W a distance of 155.27 feet to an iron rod set for an angle comer of
this tract;
THENCE S 27' 13' 19" W a distance of 105.58 feet to an iron rod set for the most Southern
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 62' 46' 41" W a distance of 25.01 feet to an iron rod found for the most Eastern
Southeast comer of said Greentree Subdivision being in a curve to the right having a radius
of 820.92 feet, said iron rod also being in the North line of Hunters Glen, a dedicated street;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the East line of said Greentree Subdivision, the
North line of Hunters Glen, and with said curve to the right (chord=N60'07'53"W-262.15 feet)
an arc distance of 263.28 feet to an iron rod found for the end of said curve;
THENCE N 50' 46' 22' W continuing with the East line of said Greentree Subdivision and the
North line of Hunters Glen a distance of 26.91 feet to an iron rod found for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 39' 02' 07" E. leaving sold North line of Hunters Glen and continuing along the
East line of said Greentree Subdivision, a distance of 137.66 feet to an iron rod found for an
angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 04' 20" E continuing with the East line of sold Greentree Subdivision a
distance of 253.53 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.036 acres of land.
