rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89022' W 147.4 feet to an iron rod for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00002' E 270.0 feet to an iron rod in the South Right-of-way line of Southwest Parkway
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89°22' E with the South Right-of-way line of Southwest Parkway 147.2 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 0.91 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public for-
ever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
