of the J.A. Scott Survey No. 12, A-296, Wichita County, Texas; and herewith replats said land; the
perimeter of which is described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set for the S.E. cur. of this tract and the S.E. cor. of said Block 2.
THENCE N. 890 25'W. 245.3 ft., iron stake for S.W. cor. of this tract.
THENCE North 825.85 ft. to an iron stake for the N.W. cor. of this tract in the south line of
Harding Street. '
r THENCE Easterly with the southline of Harding Street as follows:
N. 890 48'E. 48.7 ft., iron stake for cor.
East 199.0 ft., iron stake for cor. at the N.E. cr.r. of this tract.
