County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds
as follows;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract No. 3, Holliday Tracts, an
addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said point being the point
of intersection of the West line of'Holliday Creek and the North right -of -
An line of Southwest Parkway (F.M. Highway 3691, said point bears North
80 33' West 469.0 feet from the intersection of the East line of said J.
A. Scott Survey No. 7 and the said North right-of-way fins of Southwest
Parkway (F.M. 369), for the Southeast corner and place of beginning of
this description;
(hence North 800 33' West 214.78 feet along said North right-of-way
line of Southwest Parkway (F.M. 369) to its point of intersection with
the East right-of-way line of Taft Boulevard for the Southwest corner of
this tract;
Thence along said East right-of-way line of Taft Boulevard as follows;
North 18 42' East 1.35 feet to a point of curvature; in a Northeasterly
