Beginning at a point being the intersection of the East line of the above mentioned Robert Evans Survey
Abstract No. 74. being also the West line of the M. C. Napier Survey A - 778, and the south right-of-way line of
U. S. Highway No. 277 1 82 (Seymour Hilhway); said point bears North 000 08' East 2084.66 feet from the Southwest
corner of the above mentioned M. C. Napier Survey A - 778, for the place of beginning of this description;
Thence South 000 08' West 1142.56 feet along said East line of said Robert Evans Survey A - 74, which is
also the West line of Westover Hills Subdivision, to a point for corner, said corner also being the Northeast
corner of a Southwestern Bell Telephone Company 1 Acre Tract of land;
