described by metes and bounds, as followsi
BEGINNING at a point in the east line of Sisk Road, said point being N 890 521 E, 20.0 feet
and S 000 251 E, 330.5 feet from the northwest corner of said Block 2, League 2, Denton County
School Land;
THENCE N 890 35C E, 200.0 feet to a point in the west line of a 20.0 foot alley;
THENCE S 000 25i E, along the west line of said alley, 110.5 feet to a point in the north line
of Melrose Drive;
THENCE S 890 35' W, along the north line of Melrose Drive, 200.0 feet to a point in the east
line of Sisk Road;
THENCE N 000 25' W, along the east line of Sisk Road, 110.5 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 0.507 acres, more or less.
