Whereas Miss Gerta Schaffner, 1664 Ardath Avenue, Ph. 767-1062 or 767-5451, and Mr. Bobby Zuhn,
1021 Crescent Lane, Ph. 855-0658, are the owners of certain tracts of land situated in the J. R.
Cook Survey, A-40, Wichita County, Texas; and herewith Plat said lands into the Gerta Schaffner
Subdivision; the perimeter of said subdivision being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set for the S.W. cor, of said Schaffner Subd., in the East R.O.W. line
of Crescent Lane, a 35 foot road. The center line ingersection of Crescent Lane and the North lino
of Old Iowa Park Road (120 ft. R.O.W.) brs. N.87°=00'W. 17.52 ft. and South 798.50 ft.
,THENCE North, with the West line of this tract and the East line of said Crescent Lane, 447.07 ft.
to an iron stake set for the N.W. cor. of this tract.
THENCE S.79°-30'E. with the North line of this tract 223.69 ft. to an iron stake set for the N.E.
cor. of this tract, in the West line of the C. H. Foley Subd,
THENCE South, with East line of this tract and the West line of said Foley Subd., 417.84 ft. to
an iron stake set for the S.E. cor. of this tract.
THENCE N.870-00'W., with the South line of this tract, 220.25 ft., to the place of beginning and
containing 2.184 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names Nre subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use �f the public forever all streets,
