Volume 702, Page 623 of the Wichita County Deed Records, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said 11.71 acre tract, said corner being in the East Right-of-way line of
Sheppard Access Road;
THENCE N 08'08' E along the East Right-of-way line of Sheppard Access Road 488.0 feet to the beginning of this tract;
THENCE S 81052' E 125.0 feet to a point the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 08°08' E, parallel to the East Right-of-way of Sheppard Access Road, 225.0 feet to a point, the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 81"52' W 125.0 feet to a point in the East Right-of-way of Sheppard Access Road the Northwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 08°08' W, along the East Right-of-way line of Sheppard Access Road, 225.0 feet to the beginning of this
tract and containing 0.646 acres of land.
Therefore, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or through a
duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
