BEGINNING at an iron rod at the most Northern corner of Lot 2, Block 14, Midwestern Farm Subdivision,
according to the plat recorded in Volume 3, Page 196A, Wichita County Plat records, said iron rod being in the East
Right -of -Way line of Rhea Road;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along the East Right -of -Way line of Rhea Road, with a curve to the left
having a radius of 1676.65 feet and a central angle of 17°00'49" for an arc distance of 497.9 feet to an iron
rod, in the South Right -of -Way line of Southwest Parkway;
THENCE S 89°56' E along the South Right -of -Way line of Southwest Parkway 781.9 feet to an iron rod, at the
Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 14, Midwestern Farm Subdivision, according to plat recorded in Volume 22,
Page 383, Wichita County Plat records;
THENCE S 00000'30" W - 200.0 feet to an iron rod, the Soutnwest corner of Lot 1, Block 14, Midwestern Farm
Subdivision;
THENCE S 89056' E - 160.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 14, Midwestern Farm
Subdivision;
THENCE S 00000'30" W - 400.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northeast corner of Block 2, Midwestern Farm Subdivision,
Section 2, and also the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89056' W - 933.5 feet to an iron rod, at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block 2, Midwestern Farm
Subdivision, Section 2;
THENCE N 02037' E - 82.1 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 14, Midwestern Farm
Subdivision;
THENCE N 72028' W - 90.45 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 12.516 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein
expressed.
