THENCE S 12045' E 41.0 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 and the Northwest corner of said

THENCE S 57030' E 80.0 feet to the North corner of said Lot 9, said point being in the Northwest
line of Reginald Drive;
THENCE S 32°30' W along the Northwest line of Reginald Drive, 120.0 feet to the Place of
Beginning and containing 0.425 acre of land.
