THENCE N.30022'30" W - 138.8 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 33, a point
on a curve bearing to the left, and having a radius of 250 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly along said curve for an arc distance of 100.0 feet to the Place of
Beginning and containing 0.231 acre (10,068 Sq. Ft.) of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and i!i person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
